GDPR is about to invade the United States, crossing over from Europe, on May 25th.
The far-reaching legal concoction devised by Euro bureaucrats, has strict demands and penalties for anyone that dares mess with European data.
According to the latest research on popularity, “GDPR” now comes in third after “Nazi” and “Mother-in-law” as least popular words to use.
“GDPR continues to rise on the least popular words scale, as it’s an acronym that provokes human intelligence, generating more chaos than the y2k bug ever did, 18 years ago,” said Romeo Baruski of the Russian data analysis company, Data Bear.
“We comply with European Union standards, of course, but GDPR is going to be less popular than Stalin, Hitler and Saddam combined,” added the data analyst, Romeo Baruski.
The top 5 list of the least popular words that are being searched on Google are:
- Nazi
- Mother-in-law
- GDPR
- Broccoli
- Gonorrhea
In the coming weeks, GDPR and its forceful and rushed implementation will affect dozen of businesses around the globe, and it will probably surpass even “nazi” at some point.
