President Donald Trump’s motto for the 2020 campaign is “Keep America Great.”
The slogan is official through the use in merchandise. But they didn’t get the domain, KeepAmericaGreat.com.
Billionaire philanthropist and Democratic presidential hopeful Tom Steyer, announced on Monday he acquired the domain, which now redirects visitors to a page calling Donald Trump a “fraud” and a “failure.”
The domain KeepAmericaGreat.com was registered in 2007, but dropped in 2014 and was re-registered in 2015. There is no indication about the price Tom Steyer paid for the domain.
Political domains become very valuable around election time, and the race for such domain registrations is bound to increase as we get closer to the 2020 US elections.
Just like any other brand, a political motto should be registered as a .com. Otherwise, this is what happens. 🙂
I have keepAmericaOpen.com and …getting offers.
