Marketplace : Your not so best #domain name for $1,000 bucks

Second-Rate Domains, a new marketplace to offload your domain “gems” opened its gates on Tuesday.

Fred Malitanowski, founder, explains the rationale behind the creation of this unique domain name marketplace:

“I got sick and tired of seeing ads inviting users to sell their ‘best domain’ for a thousand bucks. What kind of lowballing chutzpah is that? So I started Second-Rate Domains to keep domain buyers in check.”

By inviting sellers to only offer their second and third grade domains for a thousand dollars – or less – Fred Malitanowski aims at rejuvenating the domain bargains market.

“In the good old days, domainers on forums were reasonable, then they got greedy asking for a lot of money. Then, buyers flipped the game on its head, offering chump change for one’s best domain. No more. We offer good money for your domain stinkers!” exclaimed Fred Malitanowski, smiling.

Second-Rate Domains keeps just 5% of the domain sale’s proceeds, and you can fund your account with a wide range of cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Monopoly Cash.

If you have a lot of second or third tier domain names, take them to this new marketplace for some quick Holiday money.
