It’s been almost two months since a Danish florist filed a UDRP against Queen.com.
Rick Schwartz‘s premium domain is not only generic, it’s also aged; after 19 years in Rick’s possession it’s one of the oldest domain names to be taken through the UDRP process.
Most UDRP cases don’t take two months to complete, which might indicate a lot of activity in the background.
Filing supporting documents, both Complainant and Respondent can definitely max out their allocated time before the WIPO panel delivers a decision.
With all that in mind, it’s a good time for a poll about Queen.com and its upcoming UDRP decision.
Will the Queen.com UDRP be a victory for Rick Schwartz?
- Yes - Win for Rick (38%, 30 Votes)
- Yes - Win for Rick plus RDNH finding (50%, 40 Votes)
- No - The Danish florist will win it (13%, 10 Votes)

Hopefully, the decision will be announced soon. Rick has promised to make this decision another exemplary “poster boy” case against Reverse Domain Name Hijackers.

The King may have to go under the knife to become the Queen.
I don’t see why he wouldn’t win the dispute. It’s not like he’s intentionally trying to capitalize off that companies brand. Well, other than the publicity of the case creating more organic visitors being forwarded to an adult site (Which he may or may not have stakes in).
