Domain investor and broker, James Booth, is barely into his 30s. The BQDN.com founder is a world traveler who has settled in Dubai with his girlfriend.
Being a British expat is not so bad these days, particularly after James Booth scored several successful domain sales.
Despite his young age, James Booth is also wise, apparently. There is a new mantra among the young generation, in tune with the global spirit, and the environment.
The ongoing challenges of the coronavirus epidemic led James into a strong spiritual release of calming wisdom. We call it “Boothism.”
Here are some recently released highlights of the Booth philosophy. Instead of arguing over who has the most stored toilet paper, wash your mind and read this:

What if…If we subscribe to the philosophy that life is always working out for us, that there is an intelligence far greater than humans at work. That everything is interconnected. What if… The virus is actually here to help. To reset. To remember. What is truly important? Reconnecting with family and the community. Reducing travel so that the environment, the sky, the air, our lungs all get a break. Parts of China are seeing blue skies and clouds for the first time in a long time with the factories closed.
People working from home rather than commuting (less pollution and more personal time). Reconnecting with family as there is more time at home. This could be an invitation to turn inwards – a deep mediation – rather than the usual extroverted going out to self-soothe.
To reconnect with yourself – What is really important to me? A reset economically. The working poor, the lack of healthcare access for millions across the world. The need for paid sick leave. How hard does one have to work to be able to live, to have a life outside of work?
Washing our hands – How the hell did that become a ‘new’ thing that we need to remember. There is a shift underway in our society – What if it is one that ends up being favourable for us? What if the virus is an ally in our evolution? In our remembrance of what it means to be connected, humane, living a simpler life, to be less impactful, and more kind to our environment. This is just offered from another perspective, another way of relating to the virus, this unfolding, this evolution.
It was time for a change, we all knew that. What if that change has arrived?
Wise words worth pondering. As I write in a LI post a few days ago “This is not the end. It is a new beginning”
Maybe its time for all of us to clean more than our hands walls and door handles. Maybe time to wipe the late clean
as the famous orator himself Hulk Hogan said “What you gonna do brother?”
Health safety to all!
