Father Domainicus: Beware of the Election trap!
My dear brothers and sisters in domaining, this is Father Domainicus, with a special sermon this fine Saturday evening.
A few showers presently, but we shall overcome; after all, our Domain Lord is blessing us all with his rain.
Many domain investors are tempted this time of the year to register domain names of political candidates, political parties and political affiliates.
Temptation, as you know, is satan’s tongue; it’s the serpent’s method to invade your honest and virginal conscience as a domainer.
These domain registrations are dangerous, for many a presidential candidate have turned their wrath onto their political opponent and lost the elections.
While you might believe that MittRomneySucksSaltyBalls.com is cute and marketable, or whether you promote ObamaIsReallyMuslim.com, I advise you to invest your money in less polarized markets, such as agricultural land, cotton plantations and gluten-free manufacturing.
By staying away from temptation to register political domains, you are doing yourself and your country a great favor, all while staying safe and sound from any potential political UDRP.
I leave you with the sign of victory for whichever party you might support, and a brotherly, awkwardly prolonged bear hug.
