ICANN secrecy profound according to the Dot .Nxt publication

The ICANN approach to disclosing information per their Documentary Information Disclosure Policy (DIDP) apparently matches that of CIA, FBI and other federal organizations.

In an article today, the Dot Nxt publication that provides “News and analysis of Internet policy and governance” discloses just how tough it has been to obtain documents from ICANN that are not precompiled. Some requests were also denied being deemed “confidential”.

Truly worth reading more about the ICANN “accountability and transparency”.
