A new marketing campaign for .XXX domains by the ICM Registry has been unveiled in the UK.
According to the campaign’s creators, M&C Saatchi London:
[…] have created a new tongue-in-cheek campaign to promote .XXX – the high level adult domain. Targeting adults the ads are due to go live on video screens in bars and digital outdoor after the watershed, encouraging people to find their favourite adult content at .XXX rather than ‘.com’ or ‘.co.uk’ domains.
Commentary from the ICM Registry CEO, Stuart Lawley:
“We love the fun and playful theme of the campaign and it will definitely appeal to our audience. It does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s clear that strategic and creative excellence is at the heart of all that M&C Saatchi do.”

Big chance for .XXX to succeed in Europe ! Especially in the UK cause they already use the “triple X” for lots of adult related stuff.
Definately this domain extension is going to make it here in Europe and not only in the Uk but other EUROPEAN countries as well. It,s recognizable,MORE logical in combination with XXX-related issues than the .COM and you immediately know that it,s about XXX ….. SEX and NOT any USUAL commercial item.
If i,m looking for “booty”,in my mind i have those three letters; “sex” or “xxx” NOT ” com” !!!
