Domain investor extraordinaire, Mike Mann, isn’t loved by everyone in the domain industry.
In fact, there are several envious or outright jealous people out there that resort to bad-mouthing the ever-busy entrepreneur.
But they are the minority; Mike Mann could not care less about those losers.
So how does Mike Mann price premium domains?
Keep in mind that Mike Mann has sold more domains than anyone in the domain industry, in pure numbers: several thousands.
In Mike’s own words:
“I collect as much factual statistical data as possible. This helps group them in potential price buckets like (1K, 2K, 3K, 4K) or (5K, 10K, 15K) or (10K, 20K, 30K, 40K) then I decide based on how much I like the name or it flows or the history of similar names, and pick which price in array fits best, then discount up to 15% if they negotiate.”
Following Mike’s words of wisdom daily, we’ve rolled out four installments of ‘MannQuotes’ so far; here’s the link for further studying.
