The auction for NOC.org, a premium, aged .org domain has ended over at NameJet.
Registered in 1994, according to DomainTools, NOC.org represents an acronym popular with the network guru crowd: Network Operations Center.
The final price of $2,060 dollars came after 110 bidders placed a total of 137 bids.
The winner, hxcai, has been covered by us in the past, and is a reputable domain investor from China.
A NameJet bidder that used the alias “youlosers” engaged in a bidding duel with “hxcai“, raising the price from $770 all the way to the final bid.
Domain investors Ammar Kubba and Mike Mann were also bidding on NOC.org.
