Fab.com, an e-commerce portal once valued at up to $1 billion USD has been sold.
PCH International, a design and manufacturing company, is extending its reach into direct to market sales, by acquiring Fab.com and its assorted business.
The price was rumored to be “up to $15 million” initially, but it’s expected to be much higher than that.
As no details have been released about the exact selling numbers for Fab.com, the company’s 10-K filings with the Securities & Exchange Commission next year, should reveal the domain’s worth.
Domain investor, George Kirikos, used that method recently to unveil the massive sale of Cars.com for $872 million dollars.
