An advanced workshop on Domain Name Dispute Resolution will be held on Thursday, May 14th.
The location will be at the offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, New York City.
This WIPO-organized event is targeting trademark practitioners and potential filing parties, namely trademark owners and domain name registrants.
Participants should have a basic understanding of the Domain Name System in general and of the UDRP in particular. To maximize the benefit of the Workshop for all participants, course materials will be provided, and should be consulted, ahead of the program.
Faculty for this Workshop consists of experienced WIPO UDRP panelists with extensive domain name expertise, along with Mr. Brian Beckham, Head of the WIPO Center’s Internet Dispute Resolution Section.
