Late last year we speculated that the Domain King®, Rick Schwartz, had sold the domain Property.com.
The main reason for this was that Property.com was pointed to Trulia.com, a sister company of Zillow.com.
The latter operates on a budget of several billion dollars, and naturally, a domain such as Property.com would be a great asset for the brand.
Property.com is without doubt – at a minimum – a seven figure domain name, and it appears that it’s still in the possession of Rick Schwartz, as it currently redirects to DomainKing.com.
Hopefully in the future we will hear some confirmed big news about a sale, for millions and millions of dollars! 😀

Rich – Looks like the buyer failed to complete their payment schedule, as WHOIS clearly shows Rick Schwartz as the owner of both domains.
That’s a game changer for property or real estate related website. It surely is going to get him millions of dollars without any doubt.
