Registered in 1999, the domain does not appear to have been sold before. Until about 2011, RXT.com was operated by a geophysical solutions company, with oceanographic services. The domain appears to have displayed a blank page for more than a decade since.
There are minimal captures from when the domain RXT.com was actively used; here’s one from 2011.
