PY.com: Million dollar domain has been sold

The domain PY.com has been sold, according to its prior owner, operator of DN.com.

Registered in 1995, PY.com was acquired for $358,000 dollars via Heritage Auctions in 2014 by the seller. The domain was listed for sale with a $2 million price tag at some point.

According to the seller, PY has several meanings in China, such as friend, hire, cheap, and others.

While the domain still resolves on a lander operated by DN.com, the seller is a reputable domain investor that possesses a strong portfolio of short .com domains.
