Ever since David Clements took over the family business project, the assets brokered via his newsletter include premium words and geo-domains.
November’s newsletter presented some great opportunities for domain investors to get discounts on these premium domain names.
David Clements has now sent out a reminder call for domain owners in need of his brokerage services:
I’m looking for 5-10 super premium domain names to add to my inventory for brokerage only (not for newsletter distribution).
For consideration, domains must be at least 10 years old. I’m interested in dot com only:
- LL.com
- NN.com
- one-word.com
- two-word.com (13 char or less)
Bonus points if you received an offer on a domain name recently that you’re considering taking. I’m especially interested in speaking with you if that’s the case. I may be able to make you more money.
Over the past 8 years or so the business deals I’ve done that have been the most rewarding financially and professionally have been sales of domain names for more than $!00,000.
I have a solid, methodical marketing plan for each domain I purchase for resale or get under a brokerage agreement and I’m a strong strategic negotiator which is important when it comes time for outreach and conversations with potential buyers to get top dollar for your digital asset(s).
If you have a domain that you’d like for me to consider brokering for you, please shoot it over with your price expectation along with the last 1-3 offers you’ve had for the domain name that you’re considering or that you’ve rejected.
Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
David Clements

David has to be completely out of mind and should be immediately hospitalized if he believes some owner of LL.com or NN.com will pick himself for brokerage.
Mark – I understand your concern. As far as I know, all transactions close via Escrow.com.
It is not just about payment (Escrow.com), but mostly about the brokerage experience. How can David compare to for example Dave Evanson?
Peter – As I have not dealt with David, I don’t know. Domain brokers are a competitive species. 😀
