The Cyber Monday special by Flippa, was a huge success, apparently.
Despite the lack of any intervention from famous Aussie personalities, such as Kylie Minogue and Hugh Jackman, Flippa – the Australian marketplace for domains, web sites and odds and ends – managed to double its daily sales.
All while halving its fees for the day!
“We offered a half price listing from 8am New York time until 10pm Los Angeles time. Analytics suggests that our sales volume has increased by over 200% during this time.”
Congratulations to Flippa for their massive increase in revenue. If that’s all it takes, why not drop the fees permanently then?
