It seems that as far as the Cayman islands go, Frank Schilling has been planning a transition from .com to condominium and real estate development.
The current plan involves an $18 million dollar development project in the Sand Hole Road area of West Bay, one of the last strips of undeveloped beach front in the district. The Cayman islands Central Planning Authority is working on this, according to the Cayman Compass.
Arco Architectural Services Ltd. appears to be the project’s architect, and the condominium plan involves the construction of 36 units with 60 rooms on 1.82 acres of land.
Based on previous completed work by the same architectural office, the plan should include some amazing-looking condominiums with spectacular views.
