Rick Schwartz is back “live” on Twitter, and he’s been sharing tidbits of domain wisdom that can fit in 140 characters – hashtags included. 😀
Many of these tweets by the Domain King® describe his position on gTLD domains, the power of .com and the necessity of companies to own their brand as a .com domain.
Anyone can follow Rick on Twitter, at twitter.com/domainking – and read or respond to his words. Twitter is an open medium, for the most part, unless one makes their account private to a circle of followers.
One recent tweet by Rick Schwartz that stood out, said:
“I’m a domain “Investor” but I’m also a domain “Collector”.
Like stamps or coins.
I see certain special elements that attract me.”
During the past 12 months, Rick seems to have been acquiring and registering domains with more intensity than ever; his domain collection of viral or jargon domains, along with that of political domains, emphasize his self-description as a “domain collector.”
Perhaps Rick will be acquiring the domain name, DomainCollector.com next? 😀
It’s up for sale at the Uniregistry Market.
