If you’ve got it, flaunt it, they say – and Francois of Domaining.com fame definitely shows it off. 😀
We’re talking about Uniregistry, of course, the domain registrar currently managing Domaining.com, one of the many hot projects by the French entrepreneur.
After years of keeping the domain at Moniker and then Gandi, Francois moved Domaining.com to Uniregistry, thanks to the added security and modern domain management features it provides.
A large portion of the Domaining.com footer is dedicated to showing off how prideful of this move Francois is! 😀

Why is there so much advertsing for Uniregistry? Their prices are horrible. $12.88 for a .com instead of $8.39 I pay now. For every 1000 domains someone has, they would be throwing $4,490 in the trash
Steve – These are retail prices, the same way GoDaddy charges e.g. $14 /year past the initial bait. Contact Uniregistry to get $8.xx registrations depending on volume.
okay, I still prefer registrars that are upfront about the volume discounts like dynadot and namesilo , there is no reason not to let all see bulk prices on their website.
Steve – If you’re a domainer, none of this is a secret and should not surprise you. The price includes free WHOIS protection, by the way.
Doesn’t surprise me, never emailed to find out about pricing though. I did that with moniker and got free whois and a bulk discount, then you hear other got even cheaper prices. That is why I prefer registrars that are upfront about the volume discounts. I go to dynadot or namesilo and see a chart , I try to get a bigger discount and they say everyone gets the same price. Fair is Fair.
