Although informal and fun, as it has been in the past, you’ll have the opportunity to meet a legend in the good fight of “David vs. Goliath,” Uzi Nissan.
The guy whose last name brought down the wrath of a giant automaker and who fought for years and won, would love to hear your stories and to share his.

“This is an open invitation – Last night I met up with Uzi Nissan of Nissan.com. He asked me to spread the word that he would like to get together with other domainers in the South Florida area.
I know it’s short notice but he will only be in town for 2 more days. It is a VERY INFORMAL dinner at a local spot called Pita Star at 7 PM.
The address is 5800 Stirling Rd, Hollywood, FL 33021.
You don’t have to eat there but everyone pays for their own meal. Just to be clear, the date is Wednesday August 10, 2016 at 7:00 PM.”

I live 20 minutes away and plan on showing up… hopefully they don’t kick me out due to me being a fan of new gTLDs.
Wow! I’m sad I won’t be able to make this in time. Looks like it would be a great meet-up. I’m sure Uzi could share some awesome first hand insight on legal side of the industry.

Great meetup… I think 9 showed up. It was great talking with Uzi and fellow South Florida domainers. They didn’t give me too hard of a time for liking new gTLDs. 🙂 And the hummus tasted great… good food!
