In the coming days and months, Satya Nadella will be making headlines, as he’ll attempt to steer Microsoft back on track as its new CEO.
The 22-year Microsoft veteran was named CEO today, filling the gap that Steve Ballmer left behind.
At the same time, founder Bill Gates steps down as chairman of the board and will become a strategist adviser to the new CEO.
All that is nice and dandy, but apparently Satya Nadella does not own his dot .com.

Querying SatyaNadella.com at DomainTools reveals that a Vietnamese owns the domain since August 2013, and he’s offering it on Sedo.
Some apparent leak of information about Satya Nadella must have also led to the registrations of SatyaNadella.net and SatyaNadella.org by the same person 5 days ago. Both domains are parked at GoDaddy.
Perhaps Satya Nadella would buy his dot .com from the owner, but we would not be so certain: Bill Gates, the world’s richest man and a philanthropist doesn’t own his either.
