Good afternoon my children in Domaining!
This is Father Domainicus with a special Thursday sermon.
I seize this opportunity to reach out to you as it’s the last week before Easter begins. And you know what Google thinks of Easter: it’s when the Easter Bunny starts painting eggs.
Alas, our Domain Lord has a different opinion to share about Google.
In my last sermon I eulogized the benefits of long-tail domains but it seems those blessed days are gone.
Google is turning our humble Domainer Congregation into the Church of Groupon!
That’s right, my domainer children. Blessed by the rabbis, Groupon is demanding our searches and geolocated queries and Google is no more the gentle angel of light; it has become a demon of darkness!
Still, I don’t see how our Domain Lord has decided to back the demons in this latest release of his Word.
I foresee tough days ahead for common domainers of our congregation; the bishops and cardinals of domaining have little will to share the power with the domain folk. But I shall be here, by your side, to guide you through the days of darkness.
Be pure, be vigilant, behave!
