Capital One is a famous trademark, owned by the financial corporation by the same name, popular for its “What’s in your wallet?” commercials.
Such domain registrations give domain investors a bad name, and they are the epitome of cybersquatting.
Terry F. Peppard, Panelist, naturally decided that the domain CapitalOne.Club should be transferred to the Complainant.
