Dan.com founder launches housing project at Anyone.com

Reza Sardeha, Anyone.com

Reza Sardeha, founder of Undeveloped/Dan.com, sold his company to GoDaddy for a reported $71.4 million dollars, last summer.

A portion went to angel investors that provided capital to the company and without doubt, Reza Sardeha received a sizable check from the sale.

But that’s not the end of the line for the ever-busy entrepreneur, who hinted about an ongoing project a while back.

Today, the launch of Anyone.com was announced, as an emerging project that aims to “disrupt the commercial real estate market” and to provide a fair chance to those who want to own their own home.

Anyone.com, a domain registered in 1997, was most likely acquired by the start-up in the summer of 2022. You can read the Anyone.com manifesto, watch a video, and apply for jobs with the company, primarily in The Netherlands.

The domain Anyone.com was brokered by Media Options, according to a Tweet by Reza Sardeha.

I hope this is just a temporary domain, but I guess you get what you pay for and their budget couldn’t stretch that far…

It just feels so unsuitable, clinical, sterile…
