In a remarkable replay of the Ted Williams case – the homeless man that made headlines in every major news network – the domain king has announced his discovery of Rocky Clemente, a Cuban immigrant musician in Miami Beach.
“Domainers need to think outside the box and invest in every opportunity possible”, said Rick Schwartz. “So I found this incredible guy singing for an afterhours party at TRAFFIC South Beach, really talented, a golden voice if I may say so and he will be the new announcer and ad spokesperson for TRAFFIC.”
Ricardo “Rocky” Clemente comes from a poor family in Havana and in 1998 he crossed over into the US on a boat made out of plastic bottles and glued-together sugar canes.
“Freedom brought me to America, you know, and I’m always singing and playing guitar and dancing merengue, you know” – said Rocky Clemente, adding: “I love Rick Schwartz, he a man of fun and honor, you know, and I will do voice introduction for the Traffic here in Miami, very excited, you know!”
Rocky’s voice is deep and soothing, a cross between Frank Sinatra’s and Antonio Banderas. In Miami, Rocky is known as “el niño dorado” or “the golden kid”.
“Folks, absolutely, Rocky will be a huge asset for TRAFFIC and we look forward to sending out the first commercials for all domainers in the coming months. I might even do some singing myself”, added Rick Schwartz.
No news whether Howard Neu who is expert in karaoke will be participating in the TRAFFIC commercials.
