Wisconsin-based Domain Outdoor LLC has filed a trademark registration application for DOMAIN.
The USPTO application references the following products/services:
- PH testing strips, namely, chemically-treated nonmedical test strips for use in measuring the ph level of soil; chemical test kits for testing ph in soil; fertilizer for soil.
- Agricultural seed mixtures to create food plots to attract animals and wildlife for hunting; animal feed.
Domain Outdoor is not the first company that seeks to register the term “Domain” for a product or service related to the original meaning of the word. There are several “Domain” trademarks at the USPTO.
The company’s own domain, DomainOutdoor.com, was registered in 2018. As one can see below, the company’s employees are having fun outdoors, sporting their “DOMAIN” brand like true outdoorsy domainers:
Domain Outdoor has its own fun motto: This is your land. The matching .com, ThisIsYourLand.com, is registered to National Land Realty.
