Domain investor and broker, James Booth, acquired CBD.World not too long ago; the busy Briton just announced its sale for $20,000 dollars.
Said the BQDN founder:
“Just made the 2nd biggest CBD (LLL sale) – CBD.World for $20,000”
Such gTLD sales are rare, but that comes to prove that gTLD domains are a risk for investors; they were designed with end-user adoption in mind, and in this case, CBD.World makes sense.
It appears that James Booth acquired CBD.World from the domain inventory of PotDomains.com – they appear to have more than 1,000 domains in their portfolio.
Congratulations, James!
Also recently, James Booth acquired the domain name DomainX.com – a brand that matches the Indian domainer conference that operates under the dot .ORG. Will there be a sale coming up soon?
