NamesCon : A $10,000 dollar face-off between Media Options and Original Ventures

Time to forget normal.

A game of (beer) ping pong will settle a $10,000 dispute during NamesCon.

When negotiating deals you want the most creative people involved. That’s why we are excited that NamesCon will be the host to a $10,000 ping pong game that is part of a creative negotiation between MediaOptions and Original Ventures.

This head-to-head stems from a $10,000 difference in price between buyer and seller.

Since not everyone can play ping pong, this will be a beer-pong showdown. And it will be settled over an epic beer pong game at NamesCon on Tuesday Jan 14th, 2014, on a ping-pong table provided by Agreed.com.

Yoni “Top-spinna” Belousov, representing the buyer, will be taking on Andrew “The Terminator” Rosener, representing the seller, in a no-holds barred beer-pong battle.

“It has become abundantly clear to us that our friends at Media Options and Original Web Ventures need help in the final stages of this sizable transaction,” said Ammar Kubba of Agreed.com.

“As a public service, Agreed.com will help settle this complex business purchase, and Agreed’s licensed online escrow will safely and securely administer this epic beer pong challenge enabling them to agree and close the deal,” added Kubba.

Not to be outdone, Belousov delivered this statement:

“This is the most important game of the season. It is a lot of money, and I am the reigning Beer Pong Champion of the Belousov Family Reunion Annual Beer Pong & BBQ Yearly Round-up. I cannot let my family down and I have been drinking beer non-stop for weeks.”

Belousov provided further proof of his claim, at BFRABPBYR.pw.

In response to Belousov’s provocative statement, Andrew Rosener chipped in:

“In Panama we have a saying ‘Never give an inch when there is a cold beer and money on the table’. These are words to live by and here at Media Options we’ll do whatever it takes or drink as many beers as it takes to get a deal closed.”

The excitement is in the air and, with $10,000 at stake, this is one beer-pong challenge no one will forget.

While this may sound like a satirical story, the people and dispute are real and the $10,000 game will truly be held at NamesCon – see you there! 😀
