Apple to give $15 to iPhone 4 buyers

A class action lawsuit against Apple and its deficient iPhone 4 antenna has been settled.

After the “chump change” that lawyers involved in the class action lawsuit will receive, each member of the class receives $15 net.

Under the settlement, eligible customers will get an e-mail from Apple some time in April. They’ll then have 120 days to apply for the $15.

A new web site at iPhone4Settlement.com has been reserved but not yet enabled.

Looks like Steve Jobs is looking after Apple customers from above.

  1. $15 is not much compared to all the dropped calls due to signal weakness. The frustration, aggravation and more when the call just drops. I’d say a good $150 is something worthy, but $15…I spent 3x that for lunch.
