Bandit Berkens retracts UDRP; scandalous photo to blame

When we broke the news of Bandit Berkens attempting to wrestle BanditBerkens.com via the UDRP process, the odds were that the young pup would succeed.

After all, Mike Berkens registered his pet’s name with the intent to benefit from Bandit’s popularity and instead of setting up a web site with Bandit’s blog, he pointed it to TheDomains.com instead.

Since yesterday, however, new developments have caused the UDRP to be retracted by Bandit Berkens.

A very happy Mike explained:

“I love Bandit and I didn’t want our relationship to go to the dogs. I tried to reason with him, even got down on knees and elbows and barked, chasing Bandit’s favorite toy, a green fuzzy ball. But that didn’t work, so I resorted to other means of convincing him to retract the UDRP.”

Mike Berkens produced a picture that could prove very damaging to Bandit’s reputation with the female dogs; in that picture that we are hereby presenting, the frisky Yorkie is enjoying the company of no less than six luscious Cabana Girls during TRAFFIC South Beach.

“That shows you how far Bandit’s ego has gone; he thinks he’s the Hugh Hefner of dogs”, said Mike. “I can’t believe he left his regular b*tch for those Cabana Girls but when I told him I’d let Muffy know he quickly changed his bark with regards to the domain.”

So the outcome is that Mike will continue to manage Bandit’s domain as he sees fit, in exchange for extra crunchy dog food, more all-fours playtime and the occasional frisbee chase. Mike called the exchange fair and Bandit agreed with a series of quick barks.
