The Domainer meetup in Asheville is Rick Schwartz’s new venture in five years – and a solo venture to boot.
The Domain King is going full steam with the event, with about 50-60 select domain investors and their families scheduled to attend.
In the most recent update, Rick’s message is clear: it’s a professional domain investors meetup and family outing.
Here’s the email we received:
Morning Folks!!
Just a quick update about the biggest most important Domain Investor meetup ever!
I am coming out of a 5-year show biz retirement to put on this very special event at this very special moment in a very special place to accomplish very special things.
We were not looking for a sponsor but it is quite fitting that Fabulous and Directnic have stepped up and will be providing the main luncheon and maybe some other goodies.
We do have sponsorship opportunities for the Brewery tour, the Ghost tour, and the busses.
2 months ago I sent you the first message announcing this special Asheville event. In just 3 weeks we were sold out and had to expand a bit. from 36 to 48.
So, at this point, we have 55 people registered and paid.
The breakdown is approx. 40 domainers and 15 spouses.
I must keep a cap on how many people come or it won’t work the way I envision.
If you would like your name on the public list, please LMK. I plan to send out an attendee list at some point.
Registration will be closing soon and the registration page will come down at that time and the opportunity will have passed you by.

Once registered, the hotel needs to be booked. Rates start at $349/night and go up to $799/night
