Following our article back in March, the tongue-twisting volcano atop the Eyjafjallajokull glacier now has a .com of its own. Currently causing a lot of trouble to air traffic controllers across Europe, the volcano atop Eyjafjallajokull won’t deter expert climbers, such as Rick Latona.
Known for his recent ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro, Rick Latona is determined to turn TRAFFIC Milan into a big success and he’s prepared to take extreme measures to achieve it.
“I want to assure you, that no damn volcano up there in Iceland will disrupt the TRAFFIC conference in Milan”, said Rick. “Despite her minute stature, Jodi Chamberlain, our event coordinator for TRAFFIC, has determined the best course of action would be launching a direct offensive against the volcano. We will take Eyjafjallajokull down”, added Rick.
Rick’s plan is simple yet ingenious:
A team of expert climbers – the same domainers that conquered Mount Kilimanjaro – will land at the foot of the Eyjafjallajokull glacier, close to the volcano.
This expert team of domainer climbers will then proceed with placing high impact explosives at strategic locations alongside the Eyjafjallajokull volcanic rim. Once at a safe distance, the explosives will be detonated and the massive consumption of oxygen will deplete the volcano from its erupting advance.
“We believe we can do it. Heck, I’ve done tougher things in my life, nobody will stop TRAFFIC Milan, certainly not a f***ing volcano”, said Rick, smoking a cigarette.
The Latona expedition to conquer the Eyjafjallajokull volcano is expected to take off in the next 48 hours as funds are provided by the highly successful Latona’s auctions that now occur daily.
